Ao mesmo tempo, entrela\u00e7a a sua preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica com as suas preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e9ticas. Seguindo a premissa moriana da rela\u00e7\u00e3o expl\u00edcita entre arte e ecologia, e ao mesmo tempo com democracia e utopia, o Festival realizar\u00e1 um mercado de oficinas de artes e of\u00edcios, abrangendo tanto &#8220;artes&#8221; como &#8220;artesanato&#8221;, que celebra a produ\u00e7\u00e3o lenta e manual, o di\u00e1logo entre pessoas e coisas, e a sustentabilidade como motor da cria\u00e7\u00e3o manual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>WORKSHOP DE MODA SUSTENT\u00c1VEL: ARTESANATO COMO RESIST\u00caNCIA por MANATERRA<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jardim Bot\u00e2nico \/ Galeria da Biodiversidade | 14h<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este workshop sobre moda sustent\u00e1vel e produ\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eaxtil visa munir os seus participantes de ferramentas para uma forma lenta de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de moda, dando ao mesmo tempo um contexto do impacto nocivo da ind\u00fastria t\u00eaxtil portuguesa &#8211; a maior do pa\u00eds -, tanto ecol\u00f3gico como em termos sociopol\u00edticos. Utilizando desperd\u00edcios de t\u00eaxteis, deadstock e materiais recicl\u00e1veis, este atelier procura uma nova forma de reescrever a narrativa sobre a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de moda, potenciando a a\u00e7\u00e3o individual e o artesanato como pr\u00e1tica ancestral de resist\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>WORKSHOP DE COZINHA SUSTENT\u00c1VEL: RESILI\u00caNCIA INDIVIDUAL E COMUNIT\u00c1RIA por BROCOL\u00c1<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jardim Bot\u00e2nico \/ Galeria da Biodiversidade | 17h15<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No workshop sobre cozinha sustent\u00e1vel e cozinha os participantes ser\u00e3o convidados a explorar, temperar e discutir os resultados encontrados. A proposta toca na sustentabilidade atrav\u00e9s de dois prismas: A facilita\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o culin\u00e1ria di\u00e1ria atrav\u00e9s da partilha de perspetivas sobre log\u00edstica, transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e combina\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos; e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de uma consci\u00eancia e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o sazonal e mais aut\u00f3ctone. Uma nutri\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada, diversificada e agrad\u00e1vel traduz-se tanto em melhorias imediatas na sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental, como numa maior estabilidade emocional: sustentabilidade e resili\u00eancia individual.\u00a0 Em paralelo, visa introduzir alimentos sazonais e aut\u00f3ctones, gerando uma consci\u00eancia do impacto ambiental das escolhas alimentares di\u00e1rias da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.
